Dirty Deezers

So Dan and I went and picked out some veggies for the garden today, as the weather has turned pretty spectacular in these parts.

But first we have to get the garden ready, so that's what we did most of today.  Turning over the soil, moving some renegade cilantro and squash plants, and dumping a layer of delicious compost on top.  (Minus the bazillion grubs we seem to have in our compost pile...dude....nasty.  Even Woody kept trying to eat them, then spitting them out.)    

Danny had a ball messin' around in the yard and eating leaves.  And getting just a little dirty.  

This is the humongous elephant ear plant we moved into a pot.  He sure was proud of us!
